HEIDI ELPERS, BSW, CMC
Aging Life Care Professional
Since graduating from USF in 2004 with a degree in Social Work, Heidi accrued her experience in counseling young adults and families in crisis. She swiftly moved into the field of geriatrics after working under the direction of an elder law attorney to build a care management service.
She joined Care Resources in 2001 and earned her certification as an Aging Life Care Manager. Since then, she continues to provide peace of mind to her clients and their families among a qualified team of certified Aging Life Care professionals.
Implementing supportive resources and the interaction with her clients and their caregivers is what Heidi enjoys most. However sometimes challenging, the goal of improved living for our clients is heartwarming.

- Bachelor Degree in Social Work (BSW) from the University of South Florida in Tampa
- Certified Aging Life Care Manager (CMC) since 2007
