Chatmon is a seasoned nurse practitioner, business executive, and community
thought leader committed to helping seniors gain what they deserve the most:
quality care, companionship, independence, and the freedom to live authentically.
To date, Ebony holds an extensive background involving precision-based
administration planning, providing high-quality patient care, and
designing/implementing high-impact services for underserved and aging
populations since 2007.
Applying
that to Care Resources, Ebony is passionate about being a liaison between
quality care and individual integrity, and doing so in such a way that inspires
healthy and inclusive community shifts.
Innately,
Ebony has a deep-rooted ambition to positively impact the lives of families and
